In order for us to claim Gift Aid on your donation(s), you must be a United Kingdom Taxpayer, and have paid at least as much tax as we will claim on your donation during the tax year. We can then gain an extra 28% as a refund on your tax from the Government.
If you select the button "All donations I make" you are stating "All my donations since 6th April 2000 until further notice". We will then keep your record on file and you need not fill this form again.
