The Sunshine Lottery
We are always looking for new ways of raising money to help with the costs of running the Sanctuary. There is always food to buy, vet's bills to pay, maintenance of the buildings, and everything else that goes with looking after some 24 greyhounds.
We are delighted to introduce a new way of raising funds, which gives you the opportunity to win cash prizes up to £25,000. The Sunshine Lottery costs only £1 a week per line, of which the Sanctuary receives 45p. All you have to do is to come up with six numbers between 0 and 9 which are then matched against the second digit in Fahrenheit of six cities as published in the Daily Mail each Monday - the results are also published on www.weatherfunds.co.uk. The good news is that you don't even need to check the results, your entry is scanned automatically and any winnings are automatically sent to you. If you match 3 cities you win £2, 4 cities, gives you £20, 5 wins you £250 or 6 gets you the jackpot of £25,000. All wins are insured - you do not share the jackpot with any other winners, it is all yours if you match all six cities.
